| Thomas O. Miotke |
| Chairman of the Board/CEO |
 Thomas Miotke is Chairman and CEO of The Jansen Group, Inc. His heritage in the construction field, which he was preceded by both his father and grandfather, dates back to the late 1800's. A cum laude graduate of Marquette University's College of Engineering, Thomas was honored as Outstanding Senior of his class. His association with Jansen began in 1965. He was first initiated into the construction industry working as a union laborer and then as an engineering co-op student.
Mr. Miotke was recognized by his Associated General Contractor peers as the recipient of the SIR award. SIR signifies the bywords of the A.G.C. - Skill Integrity and Responsibility. It is granted to those who demonstrate these qualities to the highest professional and personal degree. Serving both his profession and the community, Thomas has chaired numerous organizations over the years. He brings citizenship to both his neighborhood and Jansen. Today, Tom continues to severe on numerous boards and committees. |
| Brian Kraus |
| Chief Financial Officer |
 Brian Kraus studied at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. He spent the first three years of his career working as a staff accountant at a CPA firm in Northern Illinois. Brian then took a position with and dedicated the next six years of his career with a Milwaukee area CPA firm concentrating on the construction industry. In 1992, Mr. Kraus was hired as Controller of Jansen. He was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2005.
Brian is currently the President of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), Milwaukee Chapter. He has been an active member of CFMA since 2003. Brian is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

| Gino Carini |
| Vice-President of Business Development |
 Mr. Carini brings over fifteen years construction and business development experience to Jansen Construction, Inc. In his current role as Vice President of Business Development, Gino is responsible for initiating, developing, and maintaining relationships with a variety of business owners, local community leaders, architects, and engineers.
Gino is also responsible for the creation and execution of Jansen’s business development and marketing plan. This plan identifies target markets, key prospects, and outlines specific action steps that Jansen Construction, Inc. will take to better position the company for future business opportunities. Mr. Carini also serves on several community and professional associations. |

| Scott Boettcher |
| Vice-President |
 Scott Boettcher graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a degree in Environmental Policy and Law. He began his construction career as a carpenter then a bricklayer. Scott joined Jansen in 1999 as an Estimator/Engineer and later advanced to a Project Manager.
Mr. Boettcher has served as Project Manager for numerous premier projects. His projects include the Fountain Square Retail Center in Brookfield, Pewaukee School District remodel/additions, Mason Temple Church of God in Christ, and Oconomowoc Intermediate School. In 2007, Scott was promoted to Vice President of Jansen Construction. He is responsible for the estimating and project management of the company, ensuring all jobs are bid and run profitably. Scott is also serving as Senior Project Manager on some of Jansen’s most important projects. |
